3 Connect the parts
Research shows that studying together can lead to better learning results. Find a study buddy, and create or join a study group. You can use your favorite messaging app, but there are also dedicated study buddy apps, and even video chat groups (with muted microphone) available.
Here are the benefits for our learning:
1) Our focus and motivation increases when we feel we are being observed by others or when we see others doing what we want to do. We feel accountable, and part of a group. Either because everybody can see each other directly or because they agreed to share screenshots of their progress.
2) With a study buddy or group, you can test, tutor, compare notes, learn new strategies, and ask or answer questions.
3) You can also agree on deadlines, make rules and a schedule to stick to.
