Very interesting. “Übermorgen ist sie in Frankfurt” is very easy to be confused with “Ist sie übermorgen in Frankfurt?” because it sounds like a question. Also because in English, “Tomorrow, is she in Frankfurt?” is still valid. But in German, verb still takes the second place even with the ‘time’ taking the first place. Unlike the usual SVO.
Yes, the emphasized word (übermorgen) is put in the front of the sentence here. But the verb (ist) still has to be in 2nd position, so the other elements (sie & in Frankfurt) are moved behind the verb.
