German-Stories has really boosted my German learning progress.

I’d recommend it.

I love that German-Stories teaches you listening and reading comprehension skills in a fun story. The audio quality is perfect, and immersive learning platform is also good. You can hear a real German speaker speaking German with good pronunciation. It’s an excellent way to boost your vocabulary.

I had been using Duolingo, but my listening skills were poor. And then I found German Stories. Now I can study while I’m at work. Spoken clearly enough for me to understand it, and with the grammar explainer it is just great! And the website really brings it all together.

I can see how my learning improves constantly. Exercises are well designed. Reviewing of previous vocabulary is always part of the program. German is not easy so obviously you have to study hard. But it helps to have the right tools (program).

It’s a great product! I had already listened to the first 25 podcast episodes before I finally decided to invest in the full features. Now I want to climb the charts! By the way this is the only program I have ever paid for other than a couple of books.

I became hooked on the story in the German Stories podcast (not to mention the leitmotiv music that separates each section of the podcast). Now I can hardly wait for the next installment of the story. And the grammar exercises and explanations help me with my German studies. Danke Christian.

A fun and fantastic way to learn German

Hello, I have been learning German for at least a 3 moths now and Learning German with German Stories has been a real game changer. I am so glad I can learn with podcast and practice my vocab as well as grammar. Goal is to move from A1 to B1!!!!

I like to read the transcripts as I listen to the story. It’s fun, informative, interactive, and humorous. Very glad I came across so that I can immerse myself in the language! I will let you know how I fare when I am in Germany forced to speak the language!

I’m absolutely loving it! German Stories uses short stories to teach German, which makes learning fun and engaging. They are interesting, with characters that are easy to relate to. Christian breaks down the grammar and vocab in a simple manner. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in the language!

It’s fun, in depth, great support when needed and easy to use.

The story-based context has always intrigued and motivated me. Each lesson is right in length for studying in just one sitting and comes with exercises. Also, there’s useful extra tips for pronunciations (like ä, ö, ü), usages of words and so on. I’ll keep learning with German Stories.

I really enjoy learning German with German Stories – and I’ve found it so much easier than other apps I’ve tried. The story is very enjoyable and the vocabulary and grammar are introduced slowly and naturally, explained clearly and easy to follow. I always look forward to the next podcast!

The German Stories podcast is great but the full course is even better!

Very well structured course.

I am experiencing a fast progression in German.

The content of the course is very good. There are audios that can be listened to and grammar, vocabulary and exercises are professionally made. My son started has been learning with Chris, and he should be able to enter a German university when he’s 19 years old.

I have tried many apps and books to try to learn German and wish I would of found German Stories earlier. I like the fact that the conversations in each lesson aren’t overly long so, it is much easier to learn the material.

This course has everything one needs to learn German!

Sticking to comprehensible stories with good sound, acquiring a language is a matter of time. German Stories not only has these elements but also prepared way more. I was amazed by the carefully designed lessons, Podcasts, website, etc. I love it. Everyone can benefit from it.

With Duolingo I frequently needed to ask Google “why this word order”, “why leben and not wohnen”, etc. I was spending more time on Google than in Duolingo. Now I’ve found German Stories. Wow! Such a well thought out and intelligent approach. No more need for “Professor Google”.

 

Such a great platform to learn German language and enjoying every lesson!

I was looking for a way to improve my German by listening to stories but I couldn’t understand them. Then I found German-stories.com. The very amusing story is delivered in short podcasts and ther are line-by-line translations. So you get the story, new vocab and insights, along with excellent practice!

Let’s face it, there’s NO way to learn another language without understanding grammar rules, hearing word pronunciation and studying vocabulary. This all sounds painful until you go to german-stories. The stories are fun to hear anf the exercises are so good you feel like you’re getting individual instruction!

After a few months using German Stories, I can definitely understand more German. I can also speak more, but still mess up a lot. The story is set-up to introduce a few new words and with enough twists and turns to keep you motivated and wondering where it will end.
